Grid & City is a connected infrastructure advisory and service development firm. It exists to bring commercial, technical and operational decisions together so infrastructure organisations can develop services they can own and sustain.

We work with executives, engineers, asset managers, commercial teams, regulators, procurement and delivery teams. Each brings a different responsibility; our role is to connect those perspectives around a workable service.
EXPERIENCE & DELIVERY
The experience brought to Grid & City spans prior roles and engagements across utilities, local government, transport and technology, including local programs, national infrastructure and international work.
Delivery is principal-led, with Nick Takos accountable for the engagement. Specialist lighting design, engineering, integration, cyber, sensing and field delivery capability is brought in where required, with the team shaped around the work.
