Business enquiries

When you contact us, we collect the name, work email, organisation, project details and message you provide. A phone number is optional. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss relevant services. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential project material in the form.

Service providers

The website is designed to be hosted by Cloudflare. When configured, Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the enquiry form from automated abuse, and Resend processes enquiry emails. These providers may process technical data and enquiry information in locations outside Australia. Their own privacy terms apply to their processing.

Website analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics may be enabled to understand aggregate website use. This site does not include advertising pixels or Google Analytics. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details.

Storage and access

Enquiries are handled through business email and relevant service providers. We retain enquiry information as needed to manage business correspondence and applicable obligations. Access is limited to people and providers involved in handling the enquiry and related business administration.
